Together we will reflect on what is rising to the surface, listen deeply to inner wisdom, and honor the small, intentional actions that strengthen our roots, preparing us for the illumination of the Blue Full Moon.
We will share ceremonial cacao, a gentle yet powerful heart-opening plant medicine known for expanding spiritual awareness, deepening connection, and inviting inner stillness. The experience will be lovingly supported by breathwork, energy healing, music, sound, and intentional integration.
What to Expect:
Sacred Heart Medicine: Enjoy a cup of 100% ceremonial grade cacao, a heart-opening medicine crafted into a warm chocolate drink. Choose to drink it or simply sit in the energy of the medicine during the experience.
Journey in Sacred Space: I will guide you in meditation and shamanic journeying, complemented by music, shamanic drumming, Reiki energy healing, and community connection.
Intention + Ritual: Set intentions rooted in gratitude, release, and spiritual clarity and connect to your intuition, spirit guides, and Mama Cacao as you enjoy a blend of meditation, breathwork, and healing practices.
What to Bring:
What to Bring: Find a comfortable spot in your home and bring water, a cup of ceremonial cacao, a journal, writing utensils, and any spiritual tools you like to have near.
Optional: Bring items to set an altar, for example, an item to represent each element and a candle for the center.

$55-$93: Order Ceremonial Cacao from me. You will be able to choose the package you would like when you register. Registration must be completed by Wednesday, May 27, to ensure enough time to receive your cacao.
