The Sacred Womb Ceremony offers a space to reconnect with, honor, and energetically cleanse the womb space.

Through yoni steaming, energy healing, and guided meditation, you’ll be invited to release what you may be carrying from past experiences, relationships, trauma, past lives, ancestral wounds, and energetic imprints.

This is a beautiful sacred container for women to come together, be witnessed, supported, and uplifted as we clear, reclaim, and create space for what is ready to emerge.

What to Expect:

• Yoni Steam: Please wear a dress or skirt, or bring one with you for the yoni steam. You will also need to bring a mug or a bowl for the yoni tea. Your yoni will be private! You will be in a steaming process together, but you will have your skirt on and be in your own meditative process. You do not have to do the yoni steam to be a part of this ceremony. It is optional. If you are actively trying to get pregnant, are on your cycle, or are pregnant, it is recommended that you participate in the meditation, but not the yoni steam.

• Sacred Heart Medicine: You may choose to enjoy a cup of 100% ceremonial grade cacao, a heart-opening medicine made into a warm chocolate drink. Choose to drink it or simply sit in the energy of the medicine during the experience.
  
  You may also enhance your experience with Blue Lotus, an ancient Egyptian flower used to enhance visualizations and calm the nervous system.

• Journey in Sacred Space: Engage in meditation and shamanic journeying, complemented by sound healing, shamanic drumming, music, song, and reiki energy healing.

• Intention + Ritual: Set intentions to release, renew, and reclaim your womb space.

What to Bring:

• Bring a mug or bowl for your yoni tea; bring or wear a skirt or dress, a journal, writing utensils, and any spiritual tools you like to have near.

• Offerings for the altar to honor your intention, our community space, and/or the earth.

Please arrive: 10 minutes early to find parking and get settled in. You can park on the street or in the parking lot behind the studio and walk down the sidewalk where the dentist sign is. The studio will be on your right. There are steps to get up to the studio.
