Join Cha Cha for a Yule Cacao Ceremony honoring the winter solstice, the darkest night of the year. A time of deep rest, renewal, and the returning of light.
We will share ceremonial cacao, a gentle yet powerful heart-opening plant medicine known for expanding spiritual awareness, deepening connection, and inviting inner stillness. Breathwork, energy healing, music, sound, and intentional integration will lovingly support the experience.
What to Expect:
Sacred Heart Medicine: Enjoy a cup of 100% ceremonial grade cacao, a heart-opening medicine made into a warm chocolate drink. Choose to drink it or simply sit in the energy of the medicine during the experience.
You may also enhance your experience with Blue Lotus or Hapé. Blue Lotus is an ancient Egyptian flower used to enhance visualizations and calm the nervous system. Hapé is a sacred tobacco snuff used to ground and clear your energy, quiet the mind, center the body, and deepen your connection to spirit.Journey in Sacred Space: Engage in a shamanic journey, complemented by breathwork, energy healing, music, sound, song, and community connection.
Intention + Ritual: Set intentions rooted in gratitude, release, and spiritual clarity, and connect to your intuition, spirit guides, and divine source energy as you enjoy a blend of meditation, breathwork, and healing practices.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, coffee mug (or your favorite cup), journal, writing utensils, any spiritual tools you like to have near, and any items you’d like to be comfortable sitting/lying on the floor. The studio does have bolsters and blankets available
Offerings for the altar to honor your intention, our community space, and/or the earth. You may take your items home from the altar, or items will be offered to the earth following ceremony.

Please arrive: 10 minutes early to find parking and get settled in. You can park on the street or in the parking lot behind the studio and walk down the sidewalk where the dentist sign is. The studio will be on your right. There are steps to get up to the studio.
