Roe vs Wade got overturned this past Friday. What the actual fuck is happening in our world right now? I sat with this for several days and I hear that many have. Sat with how we have gone backward in time, with how the patriarchy has decided what is best for a woman’s body.

I really resonate as a Shamanic healer. As a Shamanic Healer, I connect with the unseen world and work through healing the spirit in all time, space, and dimensions if that soul chooses. My work is often in healing deep trauma wounds. These are areas from this life, and sometimes other lives, that need to heal so that the person can move forward in their life purpose.

It was just 8 months earlier that my gifts had opened up. I wasn’t even close to understanding them. However, that Sunday, Easter Sunday of 2010, I knew she was gone. I knew before we found her that she was no longer living. 

You know Whoopi Goldberg’s character in the movie, Ghost. Remember how she shakes when a spirit enters her body? It was like that for me. I woke up thinking of that scene as my bed was shaking. I was worried no one was going to know that a spirit had taken over my body. 

30 years old. In an abusive relationship. Masking my pain with drugs + alcohol, and I started to have my first spiritual awakening. I believed in psychics and mediums. In fact, I was fascinated by them. I watched Sylvia Browne and Chip Coffey on TV, but I never knew that I had any gifts.
