Summer Solstice Journey
June 26–28, 2026
The Summer Solstice Journey will be held with reverence, clear intention, and trauma-informed care. This weekend ceremony is supported by San Pedro Medicine, breathwork, pranayama, gentle yoga, and mantra practices that help awaken life force energy while calming the nervous system. Meditation, journaling, and intention-setting will offer space for insight and reflection, while sacred sharing circles allow for authentic connection and grounding within community.
This retreat is about remembering who you are beneath the noise, conditioning, and old patterns. You will be supported in moving at your own pace, honoring your body’s wisdom, and trusting your inner guidance.

Your Healing Journey
Working with San Pedro in this container may support the release of emotional and energetic blockages, open intuitive channels, and soften long-held defenses around the heart. Through ceremony and somatic practices, many experience a renewed sense of clarity, compassion, and connection. Integration tools and community support are woven throughout the retreat to help you gently bring your insights back into daily life.
