Join me in community for a Samhain Cacao Ceremony—a heart-centered container for healing, awakening, and meaningful connection.
During this ceremony, you will connect with your ancestral lines to open up lines of communication and healing. This ceremony will allow you to connect within and begin deep ancestral work during Samhain.
Samhain (pronounced SAH-win) is an ancient Celtic seasonal festival traditionally observed around October 31–November 1. It marks the end of the harvest and the beginning of winter and is often described as a threshold time between seasons and worlds.
Samhain happens around the same time as Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a Mexican tradition honoring and remembering loved ones who have died. It is traditionally observed on November 1 and 2.
We will share ceremonial cacao, explore our ancestral lines, begin deep ancestral work, and experience a journey inward to gently guide your healing during this ceremony. The experience will be lovingly supported by meditation, breathwork, energy healing, music, sound, and intentional integration.
What to Expect:
Sacred Heart Medicine: You may choose to enjoy a cup of 100% ceremonial grade cacao, a heart-opening medicine made into a warm chocolate drink. Choose to drink it or simply sit in the energy of the medicine during the experience.
You may also enhance your experience with Blue Lotus, an ancient Egyptian flower used to enhance visualizations and calm the nervous system.Journey in Sacred Space: Engage in meditation and shamanic journeying, complemented by sound healing, shamanic drumming, essential oils, music activation, reiki energy healing, smoke cleansing, and community connection.
Intention + Ritual: Set intentions rooted in gratitude, release, and spiritual clarity, and connect to your higher self and ancestors.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, coffee mug (or your favorite cup), journal, writing utensils, any spiritual tools you like to have near, and any items you’d like to represent your intention on the altar.
Offerings for the altar to honor your intention, our community space, and/or the earth.

Please arrive: 10 minutes early to find parking and get settled in. You can park on the street or in the parking lot behind the studio and walk down the sidewalk where the dentist sign is. The studio will be on your right. There are steps to get up to the studio.
