Description: Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that helps with our physical, mental, + spiritual healing. In this course, you will receive the Reiki I attunement and be certified in Usui Reiki Level I. All the information and techniques for Reiki I are covered including:

• Understanding what Reiki is + how it works

• The Reiki hand positions

• Understanding the energy field

• Utilizing your Intuition while offering Reiki

• How to do a self treatment with Reiki

• Reiki Class Manual

• Reiki I certificate

The class is a combination of lectures, discussions, and experiences.

Cost $225. Deposit to be paid at registration. Payments are to be made by the start of class.

Bring a journal, pen, and a water bottle. You will be supplied with a Reiki Manual that can be utilized for both levels 1 + 2. Reiki 2 certification can be taken immediately following Reiki I. Reiki II will be taught on October 30, 2023.
