As we enter the Spring Equinox on March 20, we enter a sacred moment of balance—the point in the year when light and dark are equal. It’s a beautiful reminder to restore balance within ourselves as well.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work with Mama Cacao in ceremony with me on Saturday, March 26, during our Spring Equinox Cacao Ceremony. We’ll gather in sacred community to commune with this beautiful medicine, experience deep meditation, and open our voices through kirtan chanting and song circle. It’s a space to heal, connect, and remember the power of coming together in community.
We will share ceremonial cacao, a gentle yet powerful heart-opening plant medicine known for expanding spiritual awareness, deepening connection, and inviting inner stillness. The experience will be lovingly supported by breathwork, energy healing, music, sound, and intentional integration.
What to Expect:
Sacred Heart Medicine: Savor a cup of 100% ceremonial grade cacao, a heart-opening medicine crafted into a warm chocolate drink. Choose to drink it or simply sit in the energy of the medicine during the experience. You also have the opportunity to deepen your journey with one or more of the following:
Blue Lotus – Enhances intuitive clarity, softens the heart, and deepens inner vision

What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, coffee mug (or your favorite cup), journal, writing utensils, any spiritual tools you like to have near, and any items you’d like to represent your intention on the altar.
Offerings for the altar to honor your intention, our community space, and/or the spring equinox and the goddess, Ostara, the primary goddess of the spring equinox, symbolizing dawn, fertility, and renewal.
