Join us for a 7-day immersive journey into the heart of Costa Rica’s rainforest, where the wisdom of the earth, Amazonian culture, and ancestral practices come together to guide you home to yourself.
Surrounded by vibrant jungle and the grounding presence of the mountains, you will be supported by the rhythms of nature as you soften, open, and return to your essence.
Through traditional Amazonian ceremonies, breathwork, sound, movement, meditation, song, and spiritual practices, you will be gently guided into expanded states of awareness, where emotional release, clarity, and profound insight can emerge.

During our time together, you will be immersed in a variety of spiritual practices and cultural experiences designed to support your journey.
Sacred Ceremony Song Circles
We will share three traditional amazonian ceremonies. During ceremony, traditional songs guide and support the energetic process of the journey.
At the close of ceremony, the curandera opens the circle for participants who feel called to share their voice, instruments, and song, creating a beautiful moment of community connection and expression.

There will also be plenty of time to relax, hike jungle trails, swim in the river, or simply enjoy the serenity of the land.

Travel Details
Arrival
Saturday, June 19
Group shuttle pickup at 10:00 AM from SJO International Airport.
Please plan to either:
Arrive on a flight landing before 10:00 AM on June 19, or
Arrive June 18 and stay overnight near the airport so you can join the group shuttle.
The retreat center is approximately 4 hours from SJO Airport.
Departure
Saturday, June 26
We will depart the retreat center in the morning and arrive back at SJO around 3:00 PM.
Please schedule return flights after 3:00 PM.
Flights and hotel accommodations in San José are not included.
