During this 8 day immersive journey, we will gather on the sacred land of Costa Rica to connect with the spirit of the land, deepen our connection within and in community, and immerse ourselves in ritual and ceremony, while entering into communion with our beloved sacred plant allies.
Through traditional Amazonian ceremonies, breath, sound, movement, meditation, and music, you will be gently guided into expanded states of awareness, where emotional release, clarity, and profound insight can emerge.
You’ll be nourished by local, organic food, music, and nature, with plenty of space to rest, rejuvenate, and integrate your experiences.

You are invited to follow your intuition and participate in the experiences that feel most supportive for your experience. There will be plenty of time to relax, hike jungle trails, swim in the river or salt water pool, and simply enjoy the serenity of the land.
Flights and hotel accommodations in Alajuela, Costa Rica, are not included.
Meals after departing the retreat center and other purchases and expenses are not included.

Nestled in the lush foothills of the Chirripó Mountain Reserve, sitting gracefully along the banks of the pristine Talari River, is an enchanting jungle retreat. Surrounded by rainforests for secluded tranquility yet graced by a vibrant community, this healing retreat center is full of warmth, opportunities for self-reflection, insight, and restful rejuvenation.

Fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO)
Arrive on a flight landing before 9:30 AM on June 19, or arrive June 18 and stay overnight near the airport so you can join the group shuttle on Saturday, June 19 at 10 am.
We will take a group shuttle to and from the retreat center and SJO International Airport. The retreat center is approximately 4 hours from SJO Airport.
Departure to SJO Airport on Saturday, June 26, or Sunday, June 27. Please schedule return flights after 3:00 PM on either date.
Preparation:
After registering, you’ll receive a retreat guide with suggested flights, hotel recommendations, a medical history form, preparation guidance, and a pre-ceremony dietary protocol to help you prepare for your journey.

Retreat Investment:
Shared Cabin: $3,800 per person
Solo Cabin: $4,500 per person
A $700 deposit will hold your spot, and the balance will be due upon arrival.
Payment plans are available. Includes 13% Costa Rica service tax.

Jessica is a Medicine Woman, Ceremonialist, Psychic Medium, Reiki Master Teacher, and Breathwork Facilitator devoted to heart-centered transformation and soul remembrance. Through Conscious Breathwork, Channeled Guidance, Sacred Plant Medicine, and Shamanic Practices, she invites deeper connection with intuition and inner truth.
Jessica has been holding sacred medicine retreats for over 6 years. Her work is rooted in reverence and energetic safety, supporting you in releasing what no longer serves and realigning with the light of who you are. Welcoming you home to your heart.
The Curandera and her team will facilitate our traditional amazonian ceremonies and sweat lodge.
